1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is information saved by a website in your browser. Local storage keeps information in the browser through a different mechanism and is subject to the same relevant rules on access to a user's device. A cookie's duration is not automatically the retention period for associated server data.
2. Necessary cookies
The first-party myfactura_session cookie recognises an authenticated session and enables requested account functions. It is not an advertising cookie. In the current configuration it lasts one day or 30 days, depending on the remember option used at sign-in, and is removed from the browser at sign-out.
This cookie is necessary for the requested authentication service. Blocking it may prevent sign-in or interrupt a session. An exemption from consent for this purpose does not authorise its use for other purposes.
The first-party myfactura_anaf_* cookies are created only when you start an ANAF connection. They protect the return from authorisation, last ten minutes and are removed when a valid return is processed. They do not contain the digital certificate or its PIN.
myfactura_preferences remembers your explicit choice to allow or refuse saved preferences. It is created only when you save a choice, lasts 180 days from that choice and contains no user identifier. This cookie allows us to honour your refusal as well as your permission.
3. Language and navigation preferences
myfactura:language remembers the interface language, Romanian or English. It is saved as a first-party cookie lasting one year and in browser local storage, where it remains until deleted or replaced. A language preference stored under the previous name facturago:language may be read to preserve your choice.
myfactura_sidebar remembers whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed. It is a first-party cookie lasting seven days, used for interface presentation.
Saving these preferences is optional and stays disabled until you allow it in the 'Cookies and preferences' control. Refusal or withdrawal removes language and sidebar cookies and current and legacy local language preferences. You can still change the language and sidebar for the current visit without saving them for future visits.
4. Analytics, advertising and external services
No enabled traffic analytics tools or advertising pixels were identified in the application reviewed for this version. This finding is not confirmation of every technology that infrastructure or an external service might introduce in a future configuration.
If optional technologies are introduced, users must be informed of providers, purposes and durations, and technologies requiring consent must remain inactive until that choice is made. Refusal and withdrawal must be accessible. An external payment integration or another service opened separately may have its own cookie notice.
5. Controlling storage
You can allow, refuse or withdraw saved preferences through the 'Cookies and preferences' control, also available on the cookie page. Refusal does not disable sign-in or necessary security functions. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of storage based on your earlier choice.
Browser settings also let you inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Manually deleting only the language cookie does not automatically remove the same preference from local storage; you can clear all site data for a complete reset.
Signing out ends access through the current session; clearing browser data does not delete the account, documents or records stored on the server. For personal data questions, use the controller contact shown in the legal information.

Maintains the signed-in session through a random identifier and enables account access.

Binds the ANAF authorization callback to the browser that started the connection and protects the OAuth flow.

- Created only when starting an ANAF connection; a 24-character suffix is derived from the state hash. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax; path /api/integrations/efactura/oauth/callback. It does not store the certificate or PIN.
myfactura_preferences
Stores the explicit choice to allow or refuse saved interface preferences so that the application can honor that choice.

- First-party cookie, path /, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS; accessible to interface code only after allowing saved preferences. A display preference with no authority over account data.
myfactura:language
Stores the interface language preference locally and is read before the language cookie.

Reads a legacy language preference for compatibility; the inspected version does not create this key.
