1. Who uses the service
MyFactura is supplied to businesses and individuals using it in their professional activities, including Romanian companies and sole traders. Registration requires identification of a business or professional activity. The Provider is the entity identified in the legal information on this page. Client means the professional on whose behalf the service is used; User means the individual accessing an account.
If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to represent it and authorise processing of the data provided. These terms do not remove mandatory rights, including consumer rights where a contract legally falls within that category.
The public contact and support address is contact@myfactura.ro. The same address is used as the Provider's contact on MyFactura subscription invoices.
2. The service and preparation for launch
The application provides workflows for invoices, pro forma invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, receipts, customers, products and reports. Accessible functions depend on the account, permissions and availability shown in the application. A function described as being in preparation is not an available live service.
Live submission to RO e-Factura is in preparation. Connecting to SPV, authorising access and checking permissions are separate from enabling submission. Until submission is available and confirmed for your account, you must use another method to meet your submission obligations.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate information and keep your organisation's details, authorised users and permissions up to date. Keep access credentials confidential and notify the Provider if you suspect unauthorised account use.
- Only provide data and documents that you have the right to use and communicate to your chosen recipients.
- Do not attempt to access other clients' accounts, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service for fraudulent documents, unsolicited messages or unlawful activities.
- Check recipients before sending a document or sharing a link; a person receiving a link may forward it.
4. Launch offer and payments
The subscription offer covers the entire account and its companies at RON 15 per month or RON 120 for 12 months. The annual option's equivalent of RON 10 per month is a price comparison, not a monthly payment option at that rate. The offer provides for separate customisation options through one-time purchases from the account.
The Stripe integration is configured, but online payment is not yet active. A payment and any automatic renewal can start only once the payment flow is available, the applicable conditions are displayed and the Client expressly authorises it. Creating an account does not initiate a payment.
Before a purchase is enabled, the total price and VAT treatment, billing period, subscription contents, payment method, any renewals and termination conditions must be provided. Choosing an offer during registration does not, by itself, authorise a payment or automatic renewal.
At registration, a first company under one year old with an incorporation date confirmed by the fiscal registry receives free access until its first anniversary. Older companies, or those without a confirmed date, receive 14 free days. The benefit is granted once per account and adding companies does not extend it. A paid subscription is required to continue invoicing after expiry; registration does not automatically authorise a charge.
5. Documents, tax information and external services
The Client checks tax details, numbering series and numbers, tax rates and treatment, document contents and deadlines applicable to its activities. Application tools and reports do not replace advice from an accountant or tax adviser.
When submission to ANAF is available, monitor the acknowledgement and validation result; generating a PDF or starting an operation does not establish acceptance in RO e-Factura. The relevant electronic original is the XML accompanied by the Ministry of Finance seal, under the applicable rules.
External data and the availability of ANAF, email providers and payment services also depend on those providers. The Provider must accurately describe operation status and remains responsible for its own contractual and legal obligations.
6. Data and content rights
The Client retains its rights in the documents and data it provides. The Provider receives only the rights needed to supply the service and meet legal obligations. Personal data is handled under the privacy notice and, where the Provider acts on the Client's behalf, the data processing agreement.
Rights in the application, name, graphics and the Provider's materials belong to their respective holders. Access grants a right to use the service under the agreed conditions, without transferring rights in the software. Rights granted to users by law continue to apply.
7. Suspension, termination and data access
An access restriction must have a legitimate reason, such as protecting accounts, investigating abuse or meeting a legal obligation, and must be proportionate. The Provider communicates the reason and an opportunity for clarification to the extent permitted by law and security requirements.
To stop using the service or request an export, use the contact channel shown in the legal information. Cancelling a subscription, closing an account, revoking ANAF authorisation and deleting data are distinct operations. Your request should identify the operation and organisation concerned.
Cancellation and refund terms for a paid service, and access to data after termination, must be provided before purchase. This text does not establish an additional archiving period, a money-back guarantee or an export deadline different from statutory rights. Termination does not remove either party's applicable legal retention obligations.
8. Availability and liability
Interruptions, maintenance and errors may occur. These terms do not agree a numerical availability level or guaranteed support response time. Any additional commitment must be expressly agreed.
Each party is responsible for its obligations under the law and contract. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, data protection obligations or mandatory rights of data subjects or consumers.
9. Changes and handling requests
The version and date of the applicable documents must be accessible at acceptance. Changes affecting the contractual relationship are communicated before taking effect, in accordance with their nature and legal requirements; merely publishing another version does not retrospectively change accrued rights.
You may send a request or complaint using the Provider's contact details. The parties will seek a direct resolution without making it a condition of access to competent authorities or the courts determined by law. Applicable mandatory rules and jurisdiction requirements remain respected.
