1. What this list describes
This list distinguishes services planned in the application from providers confirmed for actual operation. An integration's existence does not establish that it is active or that all data is sent to that provider. A recipient is not automatically a subprocessor: the role depends on the purpose and applicable contractual relationship.
The configuration below reflects operating information confirmed on 7 November 2026. The VPS location is known. Providers' exact contracting entities, backups, support access and applicable safeguards have separate records to be completed from the contracts and actual configuration.
2. Hostinger — application hosting
The entire MyFactura application, including the database and application storage, is hosted on a Hostinger VPS in Frankfurt, Germany. The infrastructure processes account, company and document data stored in the application to provide the service.
The Hostinger trade name and VPS location are confirmed. The contracting legal entity, processing agreement, subcontractors, location of any backups and conditions for support access are not inferred from that location and are recorded from the actual documents and configuration.
3. Resend — inactive email integration
An automatic application email provider is not configured. The Resend integration is planned for service emails, enquiry replies and Client-initiated document communications, but it is not active in the current configuration. The working contact@myfactura.ro mailbox does not establish that automatic email delivery from MyFactura is enabled. Once enabled, such a provider may receive recipient addresses, message subjects and contents, including personal data contained in them.
For messages sent on the Client's behalf, the relevant role is generally subprocessor; the role chain for the Provider's own communications is distinct. The contracting entity, enabled functions, locations and transfer safeguards for the MyFactura account have not yet been confirmed. A sending region does not establish the storage region.
4. Stripe — online payments in preparation
The Stripe integration is configured, but its products and prices are not yet linked to MyFactura offers and the online payment flow is not active. The integration is intended for recurring monthly or yearly payments and separate one-time purchases. Actual use of a payment flow after activation and authorisation may involve billing and contact details, customer, subscription and transaction identifiers and information entered directly in Stripe's service.
Stripe may process some data on the merchant's behalf and other data as a controller for its own purposes, such as legal obligations and fraud prevention. We do not describe it as a subprocessor for every operation. The applicable Stripe entity, countries and safeguards are determined for the account and services used before activation.
5. ANAF — tax authority
ANAF and Ministry of Finance systems are official destinations or sources for authorised tax operations and available queries. Depending on the operation, tax identifiers, document data, authorisations and system responses may be involved. ANAF is not a commercial subprocessor engaged by MyFactura.
Live submission to RO e-Factura is still in preparation. An SPV connection does not establish that submission has been enabled or that a document has been accepted by the tax authority. Authority processing is also subject to its own legal framework.
6. Infrastructure and information to complete
Primary hosting on the Hostinger VPS in Frankfurt is confirmed. The location and cycle of any backups, monitoring services and countries from which providers may access data for support are checked separately against the actual configuration. We do not automatically assign the VPS location to those activities.
For each relevant provider, the legal entity, function and data categories, storage and access countries, active or inactive status, processing agreement and any mechanism for transfers outside the EEA must be stated. General provider information does not automatically confirm MyFactura's particular configuration.
7. Changes and objections
Where general subprocessor authorisation is used, additions or replacements are notified to the Client before the change with an effective opportunity to object. The process and conditions are established in the processing agreement and applicable contract.
